Upon receiving your order, we initiate the processing immediately. If all the items you’ve ordered are in stock, we aim to ship them within 4 business days. In the event of any delays or inventory shortages, we will promptly communicate with you, providing an estimated timeframe for when the items will be available and ready for shipping.

What is the reason for setting the minimum order at 440 USD (400 Euro)?

The minimum order requirement of 440 USD is primarily attributed to the costs associated with shipping from Palestine. It’s important to note that we operate not solely as an online shop but with a primary goal of providing support to all stakeholders involved – from our skilled providers to our loyal customers. This measure is designed to ensure cost efficiency, benefiting both our customers and the sustainability of our mission.

What is the process for tracking my order?

Once your shipment is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link that you can use to monitor the location of your parcel.

What is the procedure if I miss the delivery of my order?

If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, your local courier service typically leaves a written notice detailing the missed delivery and providing instructions on how to arrange a pickup. If, after multiple attempts, the parcel is still undelivered, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the re-delivery process.

How can I initiate an exchange for a defective or incorrect item?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

      • Report Damage Promptly: Kindly report any damaged or broken items within 3 days of receiving your order.
      • Return Window: You have 10 to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item if it is damaged.
      • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
      • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service team at dambazaar@proterrasancta.org. Provide your order number, along with details and photos of the damaged item.We will promptly review your request and work with you to facilitate the exchange process.

Product Care

How should I care for Dar Al Majus Fair Trade Bazaar products?

  • Cross Stitch, Tahrireh & Woven Textile, Upcycling: Dry clean these items.

  • Jewelry: Preserve silver jewelry by wrapping it in a cloth and storing it in a dry place. Remove jewelry before washing hands to minimize contact with water and soap. For olivewood jewelry, hand clean with a cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. While applying your perfumes and body sprays, avoid contact with your wooden jewelry.
  • Olive Wood: Gently wash olivewood products by hand with warm water and soap, wipe them down with a soft cloth, and allow them to air dry naturally.
  • Pottery: Hand Wash with dish soap and water, and let it dry naturally. Do not put your item in the dishwasher or use it in microwaves.
  • Mother of Pearl: Wash it with cold water and dry it with paper/ hand towel.
