The Mosaic Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Palestinian cultural heritage. For over twenty years, the Mosaic Center has implemented projects aimed at conserving ancient mosaics and raising awareness within the local community. In Bethlehem, the Mosaic Center operates a workshop along Star Street; it combines traditional techniques with modern creativity to produce unique artworks. The Center utilizes locally sourced hand-cut stones and employs individuals with disabilities as mosaicists.
