At Dar Al Majus Fair Trade Bazaar online shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged and needs replacement, we’re here to help.

Return and Reporting a Broken Item

– Please report any damaged or broken items within 3 days of receiving your order.

– You have 10 to 14 days to return an item from the date you received it if there is damage to the Item.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

– Contact our Customer Service team at dambazaar@proterrasancta.org and provide your order number along with details and photos of the damaged item.

Return Refunds and Replacements Process

– Our team will review your case promptly and provide instructions on returning the damaged item.

– If the damage is confirmed and meets our return criteria, we will offer you the choice of a replacement item (if available) or a refund.

– Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund of replacement.

– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund  to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed may vary based on your payment provider. In the case of replacement our team will follow up to arrange a replacement subject to availability.

Shipping

– You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning and / or replacing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

– If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
